1.2 Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

1.2.1 When visiting the website

When you visit our website, information is automatically sent to our website server by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

1.2.2 When providing contractual services

If a contract is concluded, we collect the following information:

the subject of the contract, travel dates, payments,

information required for the preparation and implementation of our service.

The collection of this data is done

to be able to identify you as our customer

to be able to advise you appropriately;

to be able to prepare and carry out your booked yacht charter or sailing trip;

to correspond with you;

to maintain customer relations, for marketing, advertising and market research purposes;

for invoicing purposes.

The data processing is carried out in response to your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the aforementioned purposes for the appropriate fulfilment of the contract. The personal data collected by us for the performance of the contract will be stored in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO until the expiry of the statutory retention periods and then deleted, unless you have consented to further storage in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

1.3 Data subject rights

Irrespective of whether you use our website or enter into a contractual relationship with us, you have the right to
